   Over the years Marrika has established herself as one of LA's favorite designers. She divides her time between her home in Santa Fe, New Mexico and her design studio in Hollywood Hills, California. Marrika claims the balance between the two states keeps her inspired and sanely, insane. 

   "I find inspiration in almost everything around me. Music, all kinds of music, the magical beauty of New Mexico, and people. People with open minds and open hearts. 

    Marrika works closely with hundreds of boutique owners nationwide who enjoy the attention given them by Marrika's staff. Marrika also works with many of Hollywood’s costume designers and stylists, and her clothes are regularly seen in feature films, television shows, commercials, and music videos. Many of her clients work in the entertainment industry.

    Marrika continuously takes her line in new directions with a strong focus on individuality and romance. In 1998 she created an alternative "bridal" line that adds a bit of rock to an otherwise traditional bridal market.
